All other issues (mode error, misunderstanding, speed, etc.) are a distant second place\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve designed UIs for content management systems, booking forms and other things, and the one thing that\u2019s <em>guaranteed<\/em> to make users scream at you with rage is if you allow them to lose their work or submit something in error. Having a simple \u201cundo\u201d is all it takes to earn your salary.
