With over 12 million<\/strong> copies sold, Terraria is a no-brainer for people who are looking for a breathtaking game filled with content that runs on any low-spec\u00a0machine.<\/p>\n

Terraria places you in a randomly generated<\/em> world with a goal of surviving the deadly environment within\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

This game will test your skills, as you progress through the world, you\u2019ll meet frightening bosses that you will have to defeat to get a variety of loot to progress further into the\u00a0game.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re not the exploring type, don\u2019t\u00a0worry.<\/p>\n

Terraria provides a jaw-dropping choice of blocks to choose from, which will definitely be a spectacular addition to you fellow readers who enjoy making stuff like pixel\u00a0art<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Terraria is a remarkable game with 50+ hours<\/strong> of pure content, and with mods, you can easily sink in hundreds of hours\u00a0playing.<\/p>\n

Stardew Valley is a game to play when you\u2019re stressed, listening to some chill music as you\u2019re building your virtual farm, piece by\u00a0piece.<\/p>\n

Tired of working for a stuck up company in the city, you set out to begin your new life in an old plot your grandfather gave you, with a goal to build a thriving home while making friends along the\u00a0way.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a game where time flies by so quick that you didn\u2019t realize that you played five hours because you\u2019re finding that right<\/em> spot to place your soil so you don\u2019t have to remake your entire grand scheme of building the perfect<\/strong> farm\u00a0layout.<\/p>\n

You can grow a variety of crops, and with four seasons in the game, plants can make more money if you plant them in their correct season, so if you want to make profit effectively, you\u2019ll have to plan your crops\u00a0wisely.<\/p>\n

Did I also mention you can make a barn, have farm animals and get\u00a0pets?<\/p>\n

If you want adventure, there\u2019s plenty<\/em> of\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

Travel far into the forest, to discover unknown secrets that are waiting to be revealed.<\/p>\n

Go into the mines to find a variety of ores to smelt or sell, beware though, tough monsters are lurking in the deep depths of the\u00a0mines.<\/p>\n

The combat is simple, with controls that won\u2019t strain your brain as you explore deep into the\u00a0mines.<\/p>\n

This game runs on any low-spec machine with ease, frame drops are almost non-existent.<\/p>\n

Stardew Valley is perfect for you readers that want to relax and take stress\u00a0off.<\/p>\n

3. Killing\u00a0Floor<\/h3>\n

BOOM, HEADSHOT!<\/em><\/p>\n

That\u2019s what you\u2019ll say after you blow off a specimen\u2019s head with a double barrel\u00a0shotgun.<\/p>\n

Killing Floor is simple, survive a number of waves with friends or go solo, after you clear each wave, you can go to a Trader to buy various weapons for a limited\u00a0time.<\/p>\n

After all the waves are cleared, you will now face the last challenge, The Patriarch, a maniac wielding a rocket launcher and machine\u00a0guns.<\/p>\n

There are 10 total specimens in Killing Floor, each with different physical appearances and abilities.<\/p>\n

For example, Stalkers can go invincible, while Gorefasts get a sudden boost in speed and killing power if you let them get too\u00a0close.<\/p>\n

This game is brutally<\/strong> difficult, even on\u00a0Normal.<\/p>\n

There are 5 different difficulties, Easy, Normal, Hard, Suicidal and Hell on Earth being the\u00a0hardest.<\/p>\n

Swallow your pride and go Easy first, learn how the game mechanics work, when your baby pants are off, you can go into higher difficulties.<\/p>\n

I repeat, do not<\/strong> go into Hell on Earth\/Suicidal when you first\u00a0start.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll regret\u00a0it<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Killing Floor provides a variety of characters to choose, from a guy obsessed with money to a Chicken Terminator (Chickenator).<\/p>\n

There are seven different perks<\/em> in the game, each having a unique ability and discounts when buying weapons they specialize.<\/p>\n

Become a Support Specialist, the second line of support next to Field Medic, you can weld doors faster so specimens can\u2019t reach your team easily and you specialize in shotguns.<\/p>\n

Or be a berserker, and wield devastating melee weapons to decapitate specimens that are in your\u00a0way.<\/p>\n

Weapons, let\u2019s talk about them, there are dozens of weapons in the game, from Pipe Bombs to a Rocket Launcher, you name\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

Each perk specializes in different weapons, buy weapons that benefit from your perk, don\u2019t buy a rocket launcher for a berserker, it won\u2019t\u00a0work.<\/p>\n

Although lots of characters and weapons are DLC, you can play the game just fine without\u00a0them.<\/p>\n

Most DLCs are cosmetics, except for the Community Weapon Packs, which are really<\/em> useful for specific\u00a0perks.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why I recommend you to get the <\/strong>Killing Floor Bundle<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>which includes the game and all DLCs to get the most gore, explosions, and\u00a0fun.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re low on money, you can wait until the 2017 Steam Summer Sale which is just around the\u00a0corner.<\/p>\n

Now I\u2019ll admit, Killing Floor holds a special place in my heart since it\u2019s one of my first multiplayer games and one of the most fun zombie shooters in my\u00a0opinion.<\/p>\n

Emotions aside, this is a fun, brutal game with requirements perfect for gamers with their low-spec\u00a0machine.<\/p>\n

4. Fallout: New\u00a0Vegas<\/h3>\n

Welcome to Vegas. New\u00a0Vegas<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Explore the vast areas of the Mojave Wasteland as you travel to find the man who shot you and left you for dead in a shallow\u00a0grave.<\/p>\n

One of my favorite games ever<\/strong>, no\u00a0doubt.<\/p>\n

New Vegas is charming with its beautiful landscape and vast<\/em> areas to\u00a0explore.<\/p>\n

Filled with factions, unique NPCs, quests, and unmarked locations for you to discover.<\/p>\n

It\u2019ll take a long<\/em> time to discover all the secrets and finish all the quests, take a sip of radioactive water and enjoy the\u00a0ride.<\/p>\n

New Vegas has a variety of weapons and armor to choose, from a Sledgehammer to a Laser Machine Gun, from a Sexy Sleepwear to a T-45d Power\u00a0Armor.<\/p>\n

Also, your actions actually<\/em> matter in New Vegas, you can\u2019t do horrible things to people and get away with\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

For example, if you get hated by Caesar\u2019s Legion, one of the main factions of the game, they will send devastating hit squads to take your head and put it on a stick in their camp, so don\u2019t go making decisions like you\u2019re invulnerable.<\/p>\n

DLCs are well worth the price, I recommend you buy all of\u00a0them.<\/p>\n

Even if you don\u2019t have any DLCs you can still rack up 40+ hours<\/strong> if you\u2019re not speedrunning everything, and with DLCs, you can rack up even\u00a0more.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why I\u2019m recommending you to buy the Ultimate Edition<\/strong> instead of the base game, trust me, it\u2019s worth\u00a0it.<\/p>\n

And with mods, it\u2019s a game with hundreds<\/em> of hours of playtime.<\/p>\n

Install mods<\/strong><\/a>, seriously, it can make your game 10x better in looks, feel, and overall gameplay, but if you never played New Vegas before, I suggest installing a few tweak mods like NVSR<\/strong><\/a>, 4GB Patcher<\/strong><\/a>, and YUP<\/strong><\/a> to still get the Vanilla experience, but 10x\u00a0better.<\/p>\n

Certain mods make the game run better on your low-spec machine, it\u2019s optional, not required, but it will help if your framerate\u2019s below\u00a0average.<\/p>\n

5. The Binding of Isaac:\u00a0Rebirth<\/h3>\n

And I still haven\u2019t beaten this game yet, and with the Afterbirth+ DLC, you can safely say I\u2019ll need 500+ hours to beat this\u00a0game.<\/p>\n

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is addicting, dangerously<\/em> addicting.<\/p>\n

With graphics that don\u2019t need high requirements, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is a perfect choice for your low-spec\u00a0machine.<\/p>\n

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is a game about escaping your insane mother\u2019s grasp, by going down to a secret basement and then killing poop monsters by shooting tears of\u00a0sadness.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s all going well,\u201d you said to yourself.<\/p>\n

Until you see a large door with death written all over it at the end of the map, and then you meet a randomly generated boss, and you\u00a0die.<\/p>\n

Permanent<\/strong> death.<\/p>\n

No saves, no restart from the last checkpoint.<\/p>\n

Unless you got an item that brings you back to life, you\u2019re dead, eviscerated.<\/p>\n

And then you go back to the basement to kill more poop monsters and discover new items, and die\u00a0again.<\/p>\n

Every playthrough brings something<\/em> new, it keeps making you want\u00a0more.<\/p>\n

You progress by going down trap doors to a floor below, and it keeps going down until you meet one of the end-game bosses, defeat the boss and receive one of the 16 endings (not counting Afterbirth+), new items and bragging\u00a0rights.<\/p>\n

This game has found the balance between challenging you to your limits and gigantic replay value that keeps you coming back for\u00a0more.<\/p>\n

With hundreds<\/strong> of items to discover and more to unlock by challenges, it\u2019ll take a long time for you to get it all, and that\u2019s what makes it so exciting, discovering new items, crazy combinations, and frightening bosses.<\/p>\n

It also features poop\u00a0physics<\/em>!<\/p>\n

And death, lots of\u00a0death.<\/p>\n
